Took a deep dive into mobile carrier marketing when Yahoo, Visible and Verizon teamed up to create Yahoo Mobile. Within the span of a few months I wrote site copy, banners, videos, CRM, app UI, app alerts, FAQs, and help center scripts working in sync with the tech crew at Visible. The big launch happened March 11, 2020. The next day COVID sent us all home and most of our Yahoo Mobile got put on forever hold.
